Employment Application

To be considered for employment you must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver license.

Please include copies of all EMS related cards including your certification and current CPR card. Paramedics and PHRNs should also include ACLS and PALS or PEPP.

Volunteer Application

For volunteers no training or experience is needed. We will help you get the necessary skills and classes. The minimum age to volunteer is 16.
